Payments: We offer several payment methods. Your card is charged at Checkout and no changes can be made.
Shipping/Handling: We ship all over India normally within 3-5 business days.
Additions/Cancellations: No changes can be made once your order has been placed. So please check your order carefully before you check out.
Backorders: Our soaps are handmade in small batches and are then cured for 6 weeks. So, it is quite likely that the soap you wish to buy is not in stock. In such a situation, please do write to us at info@riverjasmine.com with your preference and we will keep your request in mind when we make the next batch of soaps.

Animal Testing: None of our products are tested on animals.
Disclaimer: Please go through the product description on our website which includes the list of ingredients. People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend that you try an allergy patch test for 24 hours, and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue the use of the product.
